I’m a former therapist and now writer/non-profit social media maven. My work focuses on mental health, relationships, social justice, environmental justice, parenting, and more. I am the author of the Heart of Madison contemporary romance series as well as the author of three volumes of poetry. When I’m not writing, I’m single parenting, playing with my adopted and fostered pets, gardening, supporting the arts in my community, reading, and deeply enjoying my feral forties.
