As a former therapist whose name isn't Karen, the phrase "impact matters more than intention" has nothing to do with mental illness. Feel free to borrow a copy of the latest edition of the DSM. If you would like to read a recent article on why calling someone "triggered" for pointing out actual societal flaws is abhorrent, I have another for you.
