Our history may one day read like a dystopian novel. When Margaret Atwood wrote The Handmaid’s Tale, our world was progressing in the direction of equality. Over 30 years have passed, and America is beginning to feel like a place that could one day become Gilead. Particularly here in Georgia where I live.
