I have made three large fitness investments: a paddle board, a bicycle, and a Peloton. During the winter months, I’m on the Peloton, but if I get a warm weather day, I’ll hop on my board or bike and get an outdoor workout, too. I’m using them all to keep me on track. For me, the Peloton has helped me reach some goals, but it might not be a good investment for anyone who will feel strapped by the payments and generally unmotivated to use it. For free exercise, I love and adore Yoga with Adriene online or hiking at a local park. I love that this focuses on what is right for us and being creative about staying in shape. Definitely do the thing that works best for you.
