It may seem obvious, but I think sometimes that’s why it gets taken for granted. I agree that it would be nice to see something like this from a male writer, and the intent wasn’t to direct this toward women. I think it could serve all of us as a reminder that there’s more to love than three words. Relationships are hard, but keeping that connection is so important.
