It’s a natural process, but it does seem like if it was something men went through, there would be medical assistance and even an understanding of the impact in the workplace. I think women deserve just as much support through this challenging transformation. Just because women have suffered through this for years doesn’t mean we should have to continue to suffer. If they can find solutions to ED, they can look for help for hot flashes.
