My point remains: if people were to treat other people as humans rather than objects, the world would be a better place. This article does not state that women do not objectify or act entitled with men. I'm sure many do. It does, however, address a prevalent term used in rape culture that harms women. "But women do it, too" is not a justification for this outdated and harmful terminology. Respectfully, pointing out women's actions in an article calling out men is the very reason rape culture continues to thrive in our society.
