Take it for granted? You say that as if it's a positive thing for women to be harassed and assaulted from puberty forward. Our experience of being objectified is not innocent or harmless but actively harmful. And, yes, women who use misogynistic language or show internalized misogyny are absolutely participating in their own oppression. Sex isn't oppression. That's a false equivalency, as if you are purposely missing the point of advocating that we treat other people as human beings rather than objects.
